Jim Miller, founder of Aerozona Jetcrafters, has been in the aviation industry for over a quarter-century. In 1979 he founded Jim Miller Aircraft Painting, Inc., a Texas based company which eventually became one of the premier exterior refurbishing companies in the world.  He sold the Uvalde, Texas company in late 1999, and in 2004 assembled together some of the finest craftsman in the world to found Aerozona Jetcrafters in Safford, Arizona, focusing on elite turbine aircraft exterior and interior completions.  A list of his prominent clients includes George Strait, actors Tom Cruise and Kurt Russell, Apollo Astronauts Frank Borman and Bill Anders, television producer Stephen J. Cannell, and other celebrities, as well as new aircraft manufacturers such as Cessna, Fairchild, Raytheon, Aerospatiale and Mitsubishi.

Joseph Hampton, Vice President, received his initial aeronautical and flight training at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona.  He then attended LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas where he studied Aviation Technology, Business and Bible.  He worked his way up from line-service duty to part-time manager of a small FBO in Longview, where he also received hands-on training in Gulfstream maintenance and assisted in servicing various types of other aircraft.  Joseph handles interior modifications and directs paint related maintenance activities.
